Vasyka 4f06223d2b chore: remove /lang-debug endpoint (was temporary)

Confirmed via live debug that the switcher works end-to-end on real
routes: cookie=ru, session=ru, app_getLocale='ru' after clicking.
The earlier confusion where <html lang> looked stuck was Laravel's
404 error page which bypasses middleware.
