Vasyka a556282581 Add missing PDF translations for Russian and English ...

Strings used in work-order PDF (Nr., Nume:, Telefon:, Marca/Model:,
Data deschiderii:, Km la intrare:, subtotals) were falling back to
Romanian in ru/en locale. Added all missing keys.
